Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Yes respect to Carlow and work that is being done there šŸ‘
Johnny Nevin was a fine hurler and current manager wouldn't be a bad shout although I suspect politics would never allow that to happen in this neck of the woods.
You're correct. He was an excellent footballer too. Shame that the day of the dual player is gone. Huge loss IMO

Good news on Coleman from PR
Obviously, Markā€™s injury is a disappointment,ā€ ā€œit was just one of those incidents, he got caught by the tail-end of a hurley after a fella being hooked.

ā€œWeā€™d hope that heā€™d be back for Waterford but missing the two league games is the big problem.

ā€œHeā€™s probably four-to-six-weeks non-contact so weā€™ll have to see where it goes. Itā€™s not season-ending or anything like that, thankfully.

ā€œHeā€™ll be easily back for the Limerick game at the latest. Ideally, heā€™d be back into contact after four weeks.ā€

Thatā€™s cos OTT has received a ban. Heā€™s using his Earl account now so keeping the head down.

Would love to see us define the first 15 in the next few games.
Why the ban?
Sure the game against Offaly wont tell us much one way or another. They were hammered by Carlow less than 12 months ago in championship. I just hope we donā€™t pick up any more injuries.
