Might a good shout for the cork manager when ye move look it look it on next year

Johnny Nevin was a fine hurler and current manager wouldn't be a bad shout although I suspect politics would never allow that to happen in this neck of the woods.

Nah, more likely he might be needed wesht of the Shannon after Lohan fails yet again to do anything but give Limerick a bit of a rattle.

You're correct. He was an excellent footballer too. Shame that the day of the dual player is gone. Huge loss IMO

Good news on Coleman from PR

Obviously, Mark’s injury is a disappointment,” “it was just one of those incidents, he got caught by the tail-end of a hurley after a fella being hooked.

“We’d hope that he’d be back for Waterford but missing the two league games is the big problem.

“He’s probably four-to-six-weeks non-contact so we’ll have to see where it goes. It’s not season-ending or anything like that, thankfully.

“He’ll be easily back for the Limerick game at the latest. Ideally, he’d be back into contact after four weeks.”

After all the chaos here last weekend, it’s been refreshingly quiet the last few days. Hopefully the team named tomorrow evening will set things off again in a positive way. Be great to see some more first choice players returning from injury.

That’s cos OTT has received a ban. He’s using his Earl account now so keeping the head down.

Would love to see us define the first 15 in the next few games.

Why the ban?
Sure the game against Offaly wont tell us much one way or another. They were hammered by Carlow less than 12 months ago in championship. I just hope we don’t pick up any more injuries.
