Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Afaik, Davis is the only player let go from last years training panel.
Ya which in some ways is odd given he was the goalie for u20 with this management, they'd be familiar with him . But his form did seem patchy last year with imokilly and ul dropped him for Fitzgibbon final
Still young though so may challenge for a spot on panel again in the future

I
I think this is a very important time for Mark Keane more than any other training with Cork at the moment.
Pat Ryan said recently that the only player in the group that he has never trained is Mark Keane and with his commitments to Ballygiblin then his time with Cork has been curtailed.
Mark is trying to establish himself and needs to take every opportunity to do so. I don't think he can afford to miss games with Cork because of club as he may run the risk of being left out of the squad altogether.
From what I gather wing back is the position he will be challenging for, although I would like to see him get a run in midfield.
Its also a very important time for his club and I hope to god they are ok with Mark lining out tomorrow night.

Interesting line up with a good mix between regulars and those trying to beeak onto the team.

But at the end of the day we can’t be reading too much into tomorrow night either but hopefully we will see a few fellas put their hands up

Ya very surprising Mark Keane named on the team considering Cathal O Mahony was not included in the panal for the footballers tonight due to his commitments to Ballygiblin I heard , but Mark keane probably needs to make the most of every opportunity if he is to make the panel
