No loss, his victim's family got some satisfaction now
No loss, his victim's family got some satisfaction now
The only people mourning this guy will be his family and friends, the legal industry are going to be in bits at his loss, in financial terms of course. Now that he won't reoffend.Sounds absolutely diabolical:
His trial heard from Sergeant Dave O’Callaghan, who told the court that O’Sullivan and two others bought a 700ml bottle of vodka at 10.30am and he passed out after drinking most of it quickly. By lunchtime, he and the two others left the boardwalk on Lapps Quay and went to Lower Oliver Plunkett St, where Mr Morgain and a woman were sitting in a doorway at the back of Jury’s Inn hotel.
They had a bag with some drink in it. One of the three men grabbed the drink and when Mr Morgain stood up, O’Sullivan punched him, knocking him to the ground, where he banged his head. He struggled on his hands and knees to get up and O’Sullivan kicked him in the head, an attack that was witnessed by passers-by and motorists.
Guy stabbed was a killer himself but apparently turned his life around

Cork stabbing victim was convicted killer who had 'turned his life around'
The victim's sister said 'We want him to be remembered for what we know him as' with Gardaí set to launch a murder probewww.corkbeo.ie
Let's be honest a bloke who's "turned his life around" generally doesn't get stabbed to death.
Youghal is one rough town tbf. And the Garda station is around 200 miles away from the end of town where this incident happened, so if you get into trouble down there it's game over for you
