When i finally got a full time job in 2018, everything about it was exactly as expected. I avoided work for years as I knew it would suck hard, and everything I predicted came true. It completely sucks ass. I've come across the most unbelievably horrible people, and as mentioned there's nothing you can really do about it.

He's always talking about weights, fitness, etc. There's places that I know where he could get certification for that after doing a course that costs just over 1K.
He'd have the qualifications to start his own place and get paid for doing what he likes doing.
