Cork city has gone to the dogs.

When i finally got a full time job in 2018, everything about it was exactly as expected. I avoided work for years as I knew it would suck hard, and everything I predicted came true. It completely sucks ass. I've come across the most unbelievably horrible people, and as mentioned there's nothing you can really do about it.
?
Maybe you weren't cut out for the job!

A couple screaming at each other down Winthrop Street and Pembroke Street yesterday evening. She was in front of me pushing a buggy, he was about 20 feet behind.
Saddest part was the young boy about 9 or 10 who was obviously used to this as he didn't bat an eyelid. The couple most likely came from setups where that was the norm too, and so ad infinitum!
Always saddens me to see children who are conditioned to such behaviour, and on the flip side to be meeting good parents fighting to be a part of their children's lives.

Surely the flip side would be parents who can walk down the street with their kids without makeing a spectacle of themselves.

( Sometimes though) The ' good ' parents may very well traumatise their kids except do it behind closed doors or behind the veil of wanting something just to be against the other parent, but rarely go on to step up to being a worthwhile parent if they were to actually succeed in getting it.

That doesn't of course negate the percentage who are genuinely trying to get access to their children.
