Cork City FC -a scrapbook

Great memories in general but one bad one. Hibs-v-Waterford in 1972. I was there as a kid and at "Daly-er" the following Sunday to see Miah's magic moments.

Thanks for posting this Bluff.

I watched it last night and it was absolutely brilliant.

Some really great memories.

Maybe it's just me but i feel that Cork City are gone now.

Great memories. Patsy Freyne. Some man for one man.

football genius, loved watching him play

scored the best goal i ever saw a city player score... away at home farm when they played in tolka

my jaw hit the ground and i immediately went berserk in the stand, totally freaking out after it such was it's class.... til a dub tapped me on the shoulder and said it had been disallowed, no one (even the dubs) seemed to know why :(

think tommy gaynor scored the best goal i ever saw against us up in limerick one time, paul bowdren scored two for ccfc but we lost 5-2

anyone know: didn't noel o'mahony bring patsy with him when he joined city from newcastle west fc? so long ago at this stage i can't recall exactly
