Galway just got 1-1 to get back in it. Laura Hayes a standout player once again. She's playing some great stuff. 1-9 to 1-5 just on the cusp of the break.

Maybe. Galway looked pretty flat, and a couple of big players only came on in the second half. Maybe the plan was to keep it tight and spring them to win it in the last quarter, which Galeay have done more than once to Cork. But O'Connor's goal just after HT scuppered that. The quality of play dipped in the second half but overall Cork were convincing. Galway have Waterford in the QF, which could be tricky for them.
