Looks like the Aer Lingus Cork-Amsterdam service has been cancelled. Again.

Corkonians have to rely on KLM to exercise one of the Four Freedoms of the EU. Selling out to British Airways not looking so clever now.

Imagine that, a private company that is answerable to its shareholders made a commercial decision.

Just two destinations from Cork now. London and Amsterdam. No flights Tues, Thurs or Sat.
Shannon closed to all commercial traffic.

It'll be back but KLM may take the opportunity to kill the codeshare and take the transfer business all for themselves. That would seriously reduce the number of flights per week from Aer Lingus to AMS
