Anyone else here having trouble with this?

I got locked out of my account on Thursday and can't get back in.

I spoke to a person about it on the phone and she apparently unlocked me but to no avail.

I appreciate the fact that most of you on here don't have bank accounts so this question is aimed at the few who do.

They binned the old desktop version of 365 a few weeks ago.

The new App I don't like at all.

I'm able to log into mine at the moment anyway.


Time to call customer service again m8, 20-25 mins on hold, dose.

Mine is fine, but I had that issue a few weeks ago. Customer service fixed it for me

I'm not with them. But they upgraded all those banking apps lately. I had to change my password for mine, I couldn't remember all the digits.

Needs 2 Factor Authentication for desktop version now which is a pure pain in the hole

Mine is fine, but I had that issue a few weeks ago. Customer service fixed it for me

I unistalled it today as per the voice message that is on the number you ring but when I went to reinstall it the code to finalise the setup kept getting rejected.

Pain in the hoop, at least you can screen shot the BOI phone app though, the AIB one doesn’t allow it
