    Big Increase in Cork's Population

    CSO out yesterday. Some headline stats make great reading; Cork city and suburbs from 198,000 to 208,000 Cork overall now up to 542,000. 5.4% increase in City and 4.8% increase overall in County and City. Since 2002 population has risen by 100,000 in Cork. I think it's great.
