What has happened The Examiner?

It was always a bit lefty, nothing wrong with that but recently it's gone completely unbalanced.
Michael Clifford - Might as well just fly the SF or PBP logo on his columns,
Aoife Grace Moore - Most of the time completely SF
Daniel McConnell- Seems to be just having a go at the Government at every opportunity or just takes Barry Cowens and Marc McSharry leaks from FF meetings as gospel.
It takes as gospel the SF line on housing policy and seems to forget who pays for these social houses, the people purchasing their new homes pay the tax to construct the social houses.
Paul Hosfords column today is to just blame the Government for not bending over and taking it from NPHET- No-one predicted the extent of the outbreak, no-one. Personal responsibility is just not spoken about. Seems to forget a Government has to balance all sorts of considerations and predictions.
It's slant on going back to school etc just reads like an INTO/ASTI press release.
The Sports section at times is just either a smokescreen for Yerrah stuff and Kerry PR dept or trying to find another thing to have a pop about Cork GAA.
It's just negative all the time. It's pull out years ago when PUC closed was a disgrace, 2 pages of the Dubs in 83 forgetting what made the day was the Cork City end!
It's trying to be a paper for all of Munster and all the lefties but it's failing badly and alienating those of us that still try to be loyal to it. It's getting harder to pay for a paper that champions and promotes left wing causes and slants on every story.

To a degree print and radio tend to lean with what way wind is blowing,
Take PJ coogan whenever he interviews Buttimer he gives him a right grilling and rightly so, but if he has Mick Barry , Thomas Gould etc on he never asks hard questions, PJ knows most of his listeners are very angry these days and its best to push that agenda,
