That was an enjoyable Leinster Final! Great to see Offaly hurling back! Adam Screeney, Offaly and Cian Byrne, Wexford are two class acts! Great prospects. It is looking like Thurles for the All Ireland Final now. It should be a massive occasion. Offaly will bring plenty of noise and colour so Cork support need to match them.

Not overconfident at all. Just have a feeling.

What we showed last night won’t do. We need to dominate the whole game and not give them any momentum at all. We should win but it’s an All Ireland Final against a county without a hurling All Ireland at any grade in 25 years. We cannot go in thinking we’re certainties to win. I’m sure Ben O’Connor with all his experience will make sure we don’t.

Nothing is a given, and nothing is easy, but we have a seriously good U20 team who will take some beating.
Fair play if Offaly are good enough to do so, personally don't think they are, but who knows on any given day.

Wexford had nothing resembling the fire power that we have and still ran them close.

Remember that this is a team that didn't need to beat Limerick in the last RR game - yet still withstood a manic onslaught from Limerick in the closing stages, just because our lads wanted to win more.
That's some mentality.

My first Cork match was the 2000 semi final against Offaly. Still traumatised!

We were considered bankers that day too.
