Only Ben O'Connor has a credit worthiness for the job and he is without inter-county experience but has to to start somewhere. Donal Og & Paudie Murray failed as minor managers and Diarmuid O'Sullivan & Noel Furlong failed as senior selectors. The county board need to adopt a promotion/demotion policy like with the new senior management, they won 2 AI Underage titles in the same year and are now rightly promoted.

I'd be inclined to plump for Ben or Cusack.

Don't rate Murray. Sully after dirtying his bib. Dont get the fascination with Furlong.

My Guess is its Noel Furlong ...?

I think it will be Ben O Connor and/or Noel Furlong.

Furlong did have an unhappy year last year but did win an All Ireland before that and deserves another chance.
Ben O Connor is a young coach who needs experience at inter County level if his ambition lies in that direction.
