There was a meeting last week involving groups protesting about the housing crisis, One fella suggested
disrupting the patricks day parade, Mick barry said while the suggestion has some merit it would also lose a lot
of good will from the public, is this the first occassion that mick has used a bit of common sense? They will have a presence at the parade but wont disrupt it,

It will be interesting to see the impact on transactions. It takes very little for housing sales to fall through in this country as it is. If buyers think that the new home might have renters who will refuse to leave they won't want the grief of it.

Heck, 2 months ago our current housing minister literally said we didn't have a housing emergency...a 250,000 deficit says otherwise.
