He was annoying me after a few pints, I took out my phone and said one call and mattie will be joining us, he apologised and bought me a pint,

What is it about this site that so many people here seem to think other's contributions are imaginary?

Imagine my surprise when I learnt it was actually closed. With 6 years!

I was gone before 10. I'd been out since before 6 and there were no shows in The Laurel AND in Nanas. :-(

I passed that house by the Gables. Very weird posters up. They have some with a photo of a digger out the back which, to be fair, on the face of it does seem to have contravened the planning decision.

I know Val from another life and he always struck me as a decent sort tbh.
