Patrice Evra

Jesus.

Two men were involved in a conversation last night about a high profile incident both were involved in eight years ago.

It was interesting.

Asking fans of one of the clubs for their opinions on said conversations is not a personal attack on someone.

Grow up rebs.

You might as well talk to the dog.

Does anyone think that if the Suarez v Evra racial abuse case ended up in court the judge would decide that there was racial abuse after all it was one mans word against the other.

Realistically I'd imagine Suarez wouldn't have been found guilty.

The decision was based the "balance of probability" which is a notch lower than the criminal standard of "beyond all reasonable doubt".

That's not to say he wasn't guilty - just that it would've been challenging to prove.

Worth noting that it's not quite one man's word against the others.

Although there was no lip-reading evidence presented the video footage did help the panel sense-check each player's account of events and decide wich account better fits with their demeanour & physical interactions.

Who knows.

Either way the guy is a piece of shit.

Genuine Lolz at all the scouse 'supporters' who backed him and his racist abuse losing the plot when he scored against them last year.
