No he didn't, the cyclist had been in between 2 busses in single file because that stretch is not wide enough to cycle beside the busses, he then crossed from the right hand side of the bus/lane to the left hand side of the bus/lane in front of the 2nd bus, in really slow moving traffic where he was always ahead of the bus - the bus had no potential to make any progress by the way.

Being on the right hand side of the lane is safer in this instance, but he pissed the driver off by crossing the bus. The driver clearly doesn't understand that this is the safest position and route for the cyclist in that stretch of road

The road widens out immediately after the cyclist switched, which is why he did so he wouldn't be impeding any drivers.. the bus driver the accelerated until the front of the bus was level with the cyclist and then steered the bus left into his path as he approached his stop- I presume the cyclist managed to jam on the brakes and jump onto the step or something as he didn't get mushed, I was moving to the outside of the bus again at this stage, hence stopping at the drivers window and having a chat with him

not sure what you mean, its not a 'taxi' only lane, in the early part of the footage you can see that the same lane is marked for buses and bikes.

There was a bike lane next to your man and he out in the middle of the road.
