Microdisney Or The Franks

I think the Frank and Walters were the best group to come out of Ireland and the UK in the 90s and were much better than more hyped acts like oasis.Microdisney however would be my favourite Irish group.Their music awesome and beatifull at the one time and it is a disgrace they were so underated.I wonder if they were from Dublin would they have had more success?
