The Slí Eile Dog Show is back! Dogs of all breeds, age and sizes will have the opportunity to shine at the annual Slí Eile Dog Show at Burton Park, Churchtown, this Saturday 25th of July. A vital fundraiser for the mental health recovery charity, owners can enter their dogs in a wide selection of categories from pups to best of show. Categories include: Best Large Dog, Best Small Dog, Best Puppy, Waggiest Tail, Best Rescue, Best Groomed, Golden Oldie (Over 8yrs), Best Fancy Dress, Best Trick and Judge’s Favourite. The Best in Show award will be made at the end of the event.
It will take place at Slí Eile, Burton Park which also operates a weekly Saturday morning market, so dog owners can purchase coffees, bakery treats, organic farm produce straight from the farm and relax in the open courtyard seating area. The market hosts a variety of stalls including deli products, arts & crafts, stone art and vintage goods.
