UCC loses €11.2 million in 2023

I used love UCC, and would even have called it my favorite place in Cork for a while.

But as an institution I've grown to hate it. I know a few people who work there and they wouldn't paint the nicest picture of it.

It is also outrageously woke.

Walked from the nart mall to the quad today with the dag. I must confess that I got a bit emotional thinking about the career I could have had as a scientist if I'd have stuck my head into a few books when I was younger. As a primary teacher once told my parents....." very bright, but bone idle". Ah well, we all can't be theoretical physicists I suppose.
