Virgin B Band v Sky

Have been with virgin for yonks and never had a problem. However cost is creeping up. I've b band and phone package and it's nearly €70 a month. Sky rep called yesterday offering Fibre for 35 a month for a year and 50 after that. Sounds no brainer but I've heard its impossible to get disconnected from sky if you ever try to leave. Any of ye with them

I’ve Sky Fibre.
Very hard to get rid of them. I had sky sports but my broadband is now 500Mbps so I wanted to cancel and get a dodgy box but they gave me it free for 6 months when I rang them to cancel
