You could say that about probably 18 Premiership managers.

I think both are secure barring very poor runs. You could say that about every Premiership manager.

Gerrard under more pressure as he is in the job slightly longer and has spent more than Lampard.

Everton want to stop changing managers every season and will give Lampard every chance to succeed. Lampard also has the full support of the fans unlike the previous manager.

Bit of grumblings from Villa fans too for gerrard persisting with Countinhi in games where he’s doing nothing, Buendia getting splinters at the same time.
