I dont think there is a going rate. This would vary a lot depending on the
type of wedding, numbers attending and service provided.

Era you've probably handed over a bomb to him already for an agreed service at an agreed price. They've made a nice few bob off you already. If he went the extra mile chuck him a few bob to feel good about yourself and to show herself you're not a tight wad. I wouldn't go crazy though.
