You wouldn't mind if the sun poked through for a few days every week or so, but it's just been overcast, wet and muggy.

I really don't understand why people still live here.

Global warming is a general global thing. Our share of it is apparently going to be lots of wet, cool summers like this.
Europe and Med will be getting extended heat waves with temps up to and above 40 degrees. We get grey skies and rain!!

Has anyone else noticed that the mornings are always nice up until about 12 and then it all goes to shit?

I was doing well there til I got to White Street and stepped on a lose paving stone and covered my shoes in filthy rain water
