A lot of the media are cunts. Andy mitten interviewed Ten Hag about a month ago and said he was very nice and had a good sense of humour once he relaxed. But every time he does a press conference he's in there with a bunch of people trying to trip him up.

They're also reporting that he's a dead man walking every day and linking every manager from Southgate to DeZerbi with his job. You'd probably come across as guarded and inhospitable too having to deal with those muck rakers.

Good points. Is that not the name of the game though when managing a huge club? Is it not up to him to overcome that?

Maybe, but more experienced managers than him have had trouble handling the pressure of managing Utd.

For me this was Wenger's downfall in that he treated the clubs money like it was his own which was fine for a while but he couldn't see the commercial juggernaut the PL was becoming and investing yesterday would've reaped huge dividends today.

Being tightfisted with money in the middle of a boom gets you left behind.

And the boom is still booming even boomier 20 years later.
