I was glad Steve Cram was calling out Ekatarina Guluiyev for her doping recprd, she finished 5th in Shanahan's heat. There isnt half enough of that i reckon. She's originally Russian. WADA recommended a lifetime ban for hear a few years ago

Cracking run from Louise Shanahan, perfectly raced. She was over the moon progressing, even a little shocked.

Great run by the 4x400 ladies as well, knocking some serious competitition out. Assume a few of those in the final will strengthen their foursome, making life a little more difficult for us. Still great to be a in a final and competitive. Adeleke...Bloody Hell, shes is on a Sonia trajectory.
