Not seen anyone mention it but who was the langer singing the National Anthem last night? He got the words wrong. Its not ‘Laochra Fáil’ its ‘Fianna Fáil’. His singing was atrocious.

And the slow ponderous yodelling completely killed what little buzz there was in the ground in the build up.

It had been ruined by Red FM blasting out shite long before that but your man absolutely killed it. Very poor match day experience.

Donal Óg has damn all to offer. Only negativity. He is painful to listen to, or to watch. Same shit every time.

But he is controversial. So that will get him airtime, everytime. A bit like Brolly - but Brolly displays some wit, from time time.

Most of the starting Cork 15 seemed to have little or no interest in competing for the first 25 minutes or so - but that's the County Board's fault. Load of bollox. The County Board has its failings, but the chairman, secretary, treasurer, etc etc were not responsible for that.

Erra give it a rest blue hole, absolute rubbish to say the players had no interest.
They struggled yes, they were slow out of the traps, yes.
But it is just pure lazy, stupid commentary to say they performed poorly because they didn't care

Early '80's I reckon. Played them in U13D up in Farranlea Road when I was 8 or 9.
My main memory is we were thrashing them and the ball never got past the half-way line. Their full-forward sat down on the pitch and lit up a fag. Nobody batted an eyelid and the game continued away. Happy days!!
