I hope they played the jingle in court after Ryanair made the statement. They can’t be on time all the time I guess
Probably pre-pandemic to be fair. Unfortunately I do live out of a suitcase because of work, and have done too many flights and nights away from home, enough to reach BA Gold, Aer Lingus Platinum, Marriot Lifetime Silver Elite….i.e. all the signs of a crappy existence travelling all the time. The glamour fades quickly! It seems like it’s been many years since you’ve been on a Ryanair flight
And the ones they make are falling out of the sky.Ryanair are basing an additional plane at Cork Airport now. But they’re going to be down 17 planes. Boeing just can’t make the planes quickly enough.
We had our summer holiday return flight from Lanzarote cancelled. Rebooked for a different day in seconds no problem and no fare difference paid, even though the new flight was a lot more expensive than our original booking. Seats and luggage transferred over too. They've basically shafted hundreds of holidaymakers.
Numerous accounts of people unable to book alternative flights supposedly offered by Ryanair.
Customer care agents unreachable. Its appalling practice and seems to be par the course for O'Learys outfit.
Theres little point selling yourself as a cheap airline if it ends up costing Customers more than flying with a competitor.
