That's Grafton's Lane jimmy - where allegedly the Earl of Grafton was shot in the siege of the city in the 1660s I think

Edit: I think Rochford's Lane may be off NMS but I'd have to do some checking.

2nd Edit: Hard to know for sure but it looks like it might be the one linking Grafton Lane to The Grand Parade

Could it be the lane that goes from OPS to the South Mall and ends opposite Parliament Bridge next to Allianz Insurance?

Looks like it's a blind alley. Would be interesting to have a look at a 19th. century map to see how many houses were once there.

The article mentioned revitalising streets like marlboro, cook, princes, and also mentioned Rochfords lane, I have a feeling there maybe more
