It's a strange one tbh.Personally I don't see the need at this stage to be paying them extra benefit money.Its unfortunate and sad that their livelihoods are affected but it's a case of adapting and changing their working as best they can.Its the way all employees have to work really.As the state and us taxpayers cannot bail them out forever.
