I was walking past the one on Oliver Plunkett St today and they were queueing out the door.

People are looking after their health these days so you want to consider that before starting such an enterprise. The other professions would be ice cream seller or hairdresser but their would be a demand for Donuts in the tourist market. Americans coming over here. You know you could sell the US soldiers at Shannon Airport Donuts. Make an easy profit out of that. Make them feel right at home.
