10-9 was more accurate. McGregor certainly set the tempo for the first minute or two and although the guillotine was poor attempted, he certainly has him worried for a few seconds but as you say he failed to roll him.
You see the clip of Dustin pointing to McGregor's foot early in the fight, he felt the crack.
