Must.... Own....property....

Saw a lad driving up the Dublin Road earlier towing a tiny little go-pod behind him.
I wondered to myself if it was his home.
Possibly. I worked with a guy once, he was a contractor. He had a little trailer tent and worked in the firm for a few months and spent the rest of the time in Spain.

€675k for a 5 bed townhouse. Not my cup of tea per say, but a great location, right next to the greenway, near BlackRock village. Negatives are the place still looks like a construction site and the garden isn't the best. It will be easily sold IMO.

€525k four years ago.

It's insane money.
For a house in Cork.
Taking on €675k of debt for 25+ years.(minus the deposit obviously).
Madness. Absolute insanity.

In parts of south belfast you'd find houses like that for a similar price tbh.

drumglass park

malone road

Neither of them would be great value for money like, but they seem to sell alright.

Dublin is a whole other matter like.

The world is properly fucked, it's getting worse for people who don't own a house.

Absolute bargain compared to outer London commuter belt...

As for London itself...
