Finished 7th on the Monty. I'm sure he'll be delighted even though he was always at the back of the pack, he just kept it between the ditches when others didn't.

Finished 7th on the Monty. I'm sure he'll be delighted even though he was always at the back of the pack, he just kept it between the ditches when others didn't.

Big learning curve for him and the Monte is such a diverse surface event. The only bit of leveling is that the R1 cars have no hybrid and are on a control tyre this season. I'd say he's wise to be using this season as a recce.
