Item: It was suggested that perhaps the woman had gotten involved with a local man.

Item: It was stated by several men that men from Dubai generally don't subscribe to western mores in regard to women.

Jimmy, I get ya, but it's hard to be protesting about everything going on in this fucked up world all the time. I respect people who get up off their arses and protest about the treatment of the Palestinians. I'm a lazy cunt. I abhor what the Taliban do but I couldn't be bothered protesting.
