There is also the issue that premature babies die at a higher rate than full term babies, and it can be hard to tell whether it is natural causes or murder. She could find herself blamed for cases that are not murder at all.

And the NHS would have to admit it was the system that failed the babies. They did change work practices after they removed her and the death rate went down
