News just in is that Damien /Damian Tiernan has got the Late Late presenters slot.
He is is a former RTE employee but is now with WLRfm. He has a a good speaking Voice. Not sure about his Irish fluency. He was not on the radar for the job so the bookies have cleaned up
He is divorced and lots of RTE personnel are in the same boat. The extra income will be hand as his household expenses are probably large in supporting two households. I have always thought that this is another reason why there is a shortage in supply of houses.
