Obviously, reports like that are put out because the government/establishment is in the pockets of the big tobacco, alcohol and pharmaceutical companies – all of whom lose out to cannabis use. Ok, the report was in the Lancet, but who do you think sponsors/bribes scientists and doctors, where's Dragnet when you need him? Drug use and drug abuse people.
