Should be a bit more bite in the Carbery Championship this year. They are reducing the number of teams from 23 to a proposed 16. If 7 teams are facing the drop to Junior B there won't be any dead rubber games and should improve the overall quality of football in years to come.

Yep. To those knocking the Junior A grade, Carbery and Duhallow are tough to win and it isn't easy to pick a winner.

Muskerry is no walk over either with Canovee back down and with Uibh Laoire and Kilmurry still knocking about. Kilmichael won't go either and they'll be hell bent on proving last year wasn't a one off.

The problem is divisions like Imokilky, Avondhu, Beara don't have the same competition. Seandun is competitive but the number of second teams makes it harder to call

Dispute over the hurling club. I wouldn't know the exact details of it.

However its after fucking us over for u-21. They can't field because of fellas not wanting to play and so have amalgamated with Uibh Laoire. So now we have Cill na Martra, Kilmurry and the pick of two big parishes in our group.

Very unfair on us as we can barely field 15.
