My opinion on this: Firstly, if the NHS decided that putting tits on a young woman with a congenital disorder inhibiting breast tissue growth is more worthy than paying for a toddler to have surgery for CP, that is not this girl's fault. Just because she happened to be on the receiving end of the goods, it does not mean that she is responsible for the little kid not getting her treatment funded. Secondly, I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the surgery for cerebal palsy that the little one was in need of is not always suitable, and in some cases can only be performed by having the surgery in the US. See this link: http://www.scope.org.uk/support/families/therapies/sdr Thirdly, the erratic and strange behaviour of this Josie does indicate some kind of mental issues. go through the back catalogue and it is obvious that she has at least: attention seeking behaviour, low self esteem, impulsive behaviours could be argued.... Whether the lack of natural breast tissue affected her or not cannot be known, but as a woman I can say that if, as in this case, I had NO BREAST TISSUE whatsoever, I think that I would notice and so would my peers growing up around me. In a society that, judging by the amount of focus on a particular body shape, values a bust so highly it seems likely that she would have had self esteem issues. Shame on the media for picking up on this and allowing this girl to keep on digging herself into a hole. Also, would the idiots picking on her on the bus have as much to say if the newspapers hadn't spoon fed their opinions to them. Someone needs to care for this girl and her kids enough to make her stay out of the spotlight and concentrate on sorting her head out. End of.
