Is It Legal?

After going into town Saturday night, we ended up in Fast Eddies.
Sank a few drinks then went to the jacks where i saw a camera.
It was one of those camera-bubbles so to speak and it was in clear view of the urinals.
I always thought this was illegal.
Does anyone know for sure?
