well it involves qym and work... too much all of a sudden after many weeks of no exercise due to horrid exams.. i ache all over but due to old injuries in my shoulder and the type of work i do, my shoulders, upper back and neck is the worst.. with continueous stretching though, it'll hopefully loosen out.. hopefully.. no where can we get a nice willing person to give us a well needed massage?
