Yes if it's a hard cast as it would be considered dangerous. Soft casts should be ok.

Rule 132.B.III states:

Quite often you may not be allowed to play with a hard cast as this is seen as something which could hurt an opponent. Also for insurance reasons Id imagine you wouldn't be covered and your club would be quite silly to allow you to play in case of further damage. There are certain kinds of casts you can get which allow a lot more movement though and are designed for sports etc.

I thought it was at the ref's discretion and if in doubt he'd just ask was it ok from the opposition manager?
