Framing

I have a few items I need to frame, namely a signed jersey and also a painting. Anyone know a decent place where I could get these done?

I also need to frame a guy for something I did not so long ago. Can't go into too much detail but any tips would be welcome.

For the first one, there is a very good place in Douglas, in the same industrial estate as "The Top Drawer".

theres a sound guy in the kinsale commerical park in by cork crystal and cork angling centre
he done a few signed photos for me and the were 1st class
