Canavan was an exceptional talent,a lethal right foot and great awareness.dragged tyrone to the 95 final pretty much single handedly,and was the best player on the pitch that day too.I think the reason he wasnt being mentioned as much 5 years ago is that Tyrone were not achieving as much at that time as they have been since 03.more games mean a longer spell in the spotlight.For me,he's one of the best players I've ever seen play live,think Spillane might pip him for the last 20 years though
