I stopped swimming in local waters for two reasons: 1. Jaws the movie. 2. the polution that appeared as a scum on the water from the goddamn factories.
Reason 1 is daft and pychological, reason 2 is real. I'm not scared of fish I'm scared of what the feckers are putting into the goddamn water. Besides that article is just red top rubbish.
