They're saying she's not Irish because aside from being born and raised in Dublin and having an authentic Dublin accent she's not as Irish as Daniel Wiffin, who wasn't born here and has a distinctly English accent.

To be fair, people have been brought to court and sentenced with similar speed here. Once there is an immediate guilty plea that would be a standard enough timeline.
