blarney man having an absolute meltdown the last 48 hours. that’s what happens when you take eurovision too seriously.

in saying that, the last week here in malmö was great. there was a fantastic atmosphere around town and some excellent events happening every day. my children really enjoyed it.

it was a real boost for my adopted hometown but i hope to god sweden never win it again.

Eurovision is serious business, 160+ mil people watched it this year, that's more than Superbowl, Oscars, etc. Of course it is important in any sense

nobody is denying that eurovision is serious business. taking it seriously is not the best approach. you lost the house on croatia. take it with a bit of dignity.

unless you put the mortgage on the croatia or have royalties on the song i genuinely can’t understand why you’re so butthurt over switzerland winning.

eurovision is and of itself an anomaly that seems to stretch and bend conventions. a shit song won. move on.
