Maybe someone on here might know what the problem is about this.
I have an electric shower where the pull string wouldn't go on after turning it off. I noticed that the little green tab button on the part that's attached to the ceiling had been triggered. When I pushed the button back up the pull string worked and shower started again. Obviously this is a safety feature on electric showers.
Question is why is this happening? Is it dangerous to use?
I also only the day before had an engineer from Triton showers out to replace a valve in the unit as the overflow( according to my plumber) flooded the place.
Once the valve was replaced it worked fine but then the issue with the pull string happened.
Anyone here have similar issues?
