Congratulations to Clare. 2cd best team in the country for the last 3 or 4 years in my opinion. Today they became the best team.

Nothing between Clare, us and Limerick. It's both a blessing and a curse that we are all in Munster.

I do think Clare were better team for the majority of game once they got to grips with us at the start, although the ref didn't do us any favours. My heart broke for Robbie at the end and you can talk about how players should have done xyz but at the end of the day they did their absolute best and fair fucks to them for bringing back great pride and excitement to Cork hurling.
Also lads I know we're emotional and potentially after a feed of pints but leave off the serious slating of some players. No doubt they didn't play to their potential but they didn't go out to lose and they've given us a great year.

Look at the defending by the same couple of defenders for the 2 second half clare goals, it’s absolutely fucking terrible and no other team in the country would have allowed those 2 scores and certainly Clare wouldn’t have, what’s falling is none of the defenders nearest Kelly or McCarthy were on yellows and could have stopped both before it became penalty territory but then again this has been the way for years and there’s only so much covering the downeys and Joyce can do.
It is amazing that power didn’t come on, he’s physical and makes the ball stick, if you can’t win your own ball at this level regardless of how fast you are there is no place for you.
They fought hard but it is a long way back and unfortunately it’ll be 12 hard months before we know of this is a flash in the pan like 13 or please god more like 03…..very easy to say we’ll be back, the core of this team have lost four finals between senior and u21
